Custom Services

Payments made for custom development, website creation, application development, branding projects, graphic design, consulting, or other personalized services are generally non-refundable once work has started.
 

If a project has not yet begun, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
 

Subscription Services

For recurring subscriptions or membership plans, cancellation will prevent future billing but does not automatically qualify previous payments for a refund unless required by applicable law.
